No air con needed today
We will be in April soon and the weather is shifting to the warm side of the thermometer.
I need to adjust to the new weather and also to the new influx of people in town.
It has been a quiet and cold winter and now the town is starting to open up and people are coming here to visit and to have some fun. Last night I met a group of actors and singers on the beach, who knew me from the year before when I was singing on the beach, and we all went out and had fun. Local businesses in town are opening up again and my HVAC business where I work will soon be giving me more hours. I am also going to be playing more gigs in the clubs in town, I just have to get my bandmate motivated because he can be a bit of a recluse and doesn’t have a lot of faith in our band. He works for the local contractor in town and has been for a while, but I told him it is time to hang up the HVAC tech work and start focusing on our songs and our band. I think we can do some great things with our music but my bandmate needs to be on the same page as I am or we won’t be able to do anything. He does a lot of ductwork cleaning and is alone a lot, and sometimes he gets trapped inside his own head for too long and gets down. I’ll work on him and get us going.
