The A/C was stolen right out of the window

The man was so incredibly ecstatic to hear the news that he told me to bring whatever missing I had that was the cheapest

One of our standard residential customers called me on Sunday. The client was legitimately irritated. I happened to answer the cellphone, because the receptionist was in the bathroom. The man on the cellphone told me that someone stole that window A/C unit from his family room window. I was totally and completely shocked when I heard the news. She continued with his story and told me that the thieves stole the A/C unit in the middle of the day while he was taking a nap. He only caught the perpetrator running away when the A/C unit. She contacted the police and got a report, but the homeowners insurance would not pay for the A/C unit to be substituted. I told the client not to worry at all. I ask his to hold on the line for a few minutes. I looked into the inventory that all of us had and stopped and all of us legitimately had a couple of refurbished A/C units in stock. I told the client about the units that all of us had available. I told the man that I would install any of the systems legitimately for free if he wanted to purchase one of the refurbished s that all of us had in stock. The man was so incredibly ecstatic to hear the news that he told me to bring whatever missing I had that was the cheapest. I legitimately did not take the cheapest A/C unit to the customer. I brought one of the machines that was an substituted heating and A/C component and I still charged his the same price as the lower-cost equipment.
