My life is improving with greater air purification
At times when you run too hard for a long duration of time, there are some bills to pay.
The bill was due for me just before the pandemic set in so at least I had a small head start toward better health in my life.
Still, my body just eventually rejected my lifestyle. The afternoons of hanging out in my recliner with the air conditioning machine working at full blast drew to an end. There were no more late afternoons with a foot long sub as well as a full bin of popcorn. And all the beer I was drinking was also gone.
