I appreciate my new air purification appliance
Sporadically when you run too hard for a long duration of time, there are some bills to pay.
The bill came due for me just before the pandemic came around so at least I had a proper start toward better health.
Still, my body just flatly rejected my lifestyle. The days of hanging out in my recliner with the air conditioning appliance on full blast drew to a close. There were no more late days with a foot long sub in addition to a ton of chips. And the beer I used to chug was also gone. All of that was replaced with healthier options because I was in terrible shape. My health was heading on a downward spiral if I didn’t change it. And 52 is far too young to forfeit health for appetites. So I started by getting out of the air conditioning that I regularly enjoy. I task inside an office with zone controlled Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C but I jump out of that heating in addition to cooling during my supper. I’d bring my supper, take a 20 minute walk in addition to discover a nice spot to eat, then walk back into that zone controlled Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C comfort. Same thing at my own dwelling, instead of hitting the recliner in addition to cranking the thermostat, I changed my clothes in addition to took a walk. Those two changes precipitated many others. And when the pandemic was in full effect, I was actually ready to improve my respiratory health in addition to strengthen my immune response. I did that with the best indoor air conditions I could manage. And I was able to manage that when the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C company installed a whole home air purification appliance inside the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C equipment. Now, I’m close to being in the most amazing shape of my life believe it or not. And I’m not missing those foot longs in addition to packs of beer as much as I thought I would.
