Got a crazy price selling our apartment thanks to HVAC technology
When the realtor first came out to talk to my wife & I about listing the house, I really appreciated her approach.
I had heard so several horror stories when it came to other friends who had sold the family apartment once the youngsters were gone.
So once all of us were empty nesters, I was sort of resistant to selling the house. That changed as just the heating & cooling costs alone were silly for just two people. We had to get rid of the home & get into something much smaller for just the two us. Plus, all of us just weren’t up to all the upkeep with a big apartment & property. That finally convinced myself and others that it was time to speak with a realtor & see where all of us were to go from there. And the realtor who was commanded to us was awesome. She came in & sat down with us first. The fact that she acknowledged that this was our family apartment & she regular that went a long way. This lady was nice & respectful when it came to pointing out the shortcoming of our apartment that needed to be improved. The HVAC component really needed an update even though it really had another decade left in it. HVAC technology with the latest in residential HVAC was a big deal in the market in our area. She showed us the odd things that all of us should consider when replacing the heating & cooling equipment. Our HVAC company did the rest. We chose the best of the best when it came to HVAC component & person did it ever pay off. The price all of us got for the family apartment was remarkable. Much of it thanks to the current quality heating & air.
