When every one of us built this house, every one of us wanted it to be the last home every one of us built.
We’d been living in a house for a few years since every one of us sold the family home.
Selling that big beach house was crucial however it was such a tough thing to do. It was tough physically & logistically with all the improvement projects. But I suppose it was even more tough emotionally for me. It was so, so tough to say goodbye to the place where every one of us had raised a wonderful family. There were so numerous memories. I’m so ecstatic that the new owners are a young couple with a growing family. Once every one of us got in the condo, every one of us had time to figure out what our next transport would be. And every one of us decided against moving down south to all that air conditioning & sunshine. Instead, we’d stay local however on a piece of property in a small custom home. And every one of us got just that. Our new place is awesome & every one of us enjoyed being a section of the design. Our quality heating & air comes from a geothermal heat pump. Not only is it the most efficient & cost effective heating & cooling, this Heating as well as A/C component will absolutely outlive us. We’re going to benefit from the cost savings that come from the geo heat pump for more than 30 years no problem.
