Putting Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling savings method to work
Okay so this year, I’m legitimately going to do it.
No more halfway and then blow it off for me when it comes to saving on the air conditioner.
Every Springtime, I say the same thing but it’s been nothing more than just talk until now. Actually, it wasn’t even talk as much as it was just whining. I’d spout off about how this summer time the two of us were making some swings around here when it came to Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling. But I never really did anything about it. Well, that’s not really true. Every Springtime, I have the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional do the air conditioner tune-up on which is essential to saving currency on summer time Heating, Ventilation & A/C cooling. A tuned up heat pump means that it’s running at peak efficiency which is a big deal when it comes to saving. But this year, I went deeper. I really went online and got a good check list on prepping our current home for the summer time heat. The largest thing I had to do was replace all the weather stripping around all entrances. I could see sun around the edges of the doors the weather stipping was so cooked by the sun. Sealing the current home continued with plugging all the gaps and cracks on the outside of the current home as well. But the big thing was the temperature control. This year, I l earned how to program the digital temperature control. So then inside of the current home will never be more than 15 degrees cooler than outside during the peak heating hours. I can’t wait to see just how much the two of us save.
