I love going barefoot during the winter
I really love going barefoot during the winter now that I have radiant heated floors.
I have been waiting to get radiant heated floors for a couple of years now.
I knew that I wanted to install them in my house whenever I moved in here two years ago but it just hasn’t worked out until now. I saved up over the past couple of years So that I would be able to do it, since it’s pretty expensive to have this sort of central heating system installed. The radiant flooring that I got uses hydronic heating elements embedded in the floor. The heating is amazing because it heats the whole house evenly. Now, my heating is very energy efficient. The radiant heated flooring uses less energy than other heating systems do. There’s no maintenance at all required for it now that it is installed. The other good thing about it is that it doesn’t spread any sort of allergies or dust around my house from the ventilation system because it doesn’t use a ventilation system! It doesn’t cause any sort of noise either. I don’t have to worry about a loud furnace kicking on in the middle of the night because all of the heating is coming silently from the floors! There are many things that I love about my radiant heated flooring, but my favorite thing by far is the fact that I can go barefoot all winter long now. I never have to worry about having cold feet in my house ever again. It’s the best thing ever.
