Listening to the realtor about the HVAC was a smart move
I actually trust professionals.
During this particular societal climate, that seems to be not the in vogue thing to do at all.
I really don’t understand where all of this is coming from. Why we are all hating on professionals and experts for our problems is sort of beyond me. I’m sure glad I listened to my real estate professional when it came to HVAC equipment. My wife and I hit the inevitable chapter in our lives where our house was just too much for us. The kids were gone and that house was really built for raising a family. Plus, it was taking up so much of our time just to keep it up. That meant it was time to spend more time enjoying the air conditioning than working just to keep a house neat. So we decided to list the house and we brought in a highly recommended real estate expert to sell our home. She was really on top of her game and was able to produce data to back up all her suggestions. This is what made it so easy for me to go with the suggestion to upgrade our HVAC equipment. And the numbers and comps proved out that going with the latest in HVAC technology was important too. So we went all the way with the latest in residential HVAC. And we got an astounding price for our family home. Again, why exactly are we not listening to experts in their field anymore? Had I not listened to my real estate expert about the HVAC unit upgrade, the house would still be listed and our bank account wouldn’t be so dang fat.
