The yearly report
I just got a current task laboring in the offices of a heating & a/c supplier here in town! My task here at this heating & a/c supplier is to take care of all accounting & payroll, but also to draw up a sheet containing a yearly report of everything that has sold & every single Heating, Ventilation and A/C appointment that was performed by their certified heating & a/c specialists.
This yearly report is a lot of work let me tell you.
But with the help of tablets, I can get the information I need pretty easily. I have to write down if any central heating & A/Cs were sold, & if so, were we taking care of the Heating, Ventilation and A/C replacement or were they hiring someone else to do that. Then there was the general stuff as in how several certified heating & cooling specialists went out on tasks for the day, how they addressed the issue & if the issue was fixed, how much the client paid & if the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist needs to go back again another day; Like I said, it is pretty detailed & complex. I had worked for another heating & a/c supplier a few years ago in their supplier offices & I never had to do anything like this. So by doing these yearly reports it helps the heat & A/C supplier keep track of things & keep their Heating, Ventilation and A/C supplier running really smoothly. I totally understand it. I just wish our spend money was a bit better because of this extra hard task I have to do.
