I couldn’t know how quickly they could turn the garage into a serviceable and quite pleasant apartment. He had a bedroom with an linked powder room. There was a home office, and a small home officeette where he could keep pretzels and quick foods. Both of us had a new ductless Heating as well as Air Conditioning system installed in the apartment. There was heating and a/c throughout. They also had an individual Heating as well as Air Conditioning with ventilation for the powder room. The best area was that the control units were in a system where all of us could control it with our smartphones.
