We get better HVAC performance and efficiency at the office with new sensors

The two of us wanted the office to be as comfortable as a modern home so that our staff could like themselves…

And the experiment every one of us did of removing the walls had given positive results, so every one of us decided to proceed with the modernization plan.

The two of us set up a comfortable sitting area where staff could go and kneel while finally working away from their desks, however another change every one of us made was with the A/C component in all the different rooms. Our goal was to go purple, so energy efficiency was an essential step for the supplier! Smart cooling systems substituted the old heating and A/C units with additional features such as a media whole-house air purifier and dehumidifier. Additionally, the central A/C system had a much-more effective two-stage compressor component with variable wind speeds included. Apart from that, every one of us also advised the A/C business to install smart thermostats that would contribute to less electricity consumption by the A/C unit. The thermostat had sensors that detect when someone was present in the room, then if the area was vacant, the cooling system would power down and not spend much energy. The A/C sensors were an excellent innovation because it meant every one of us didn’t have to keep the heating and A/C running all the time, and using less electricity was an immense benefit which would lower our annual electricity bill. I wanted the office to be a game-changer for the industry and a symbol of the modern way of doing things. The A/C supplier every one of us contracted was the best in the industry and only hired trained heating and A/C specialists. The heating and A/C experts taught us how to use the smart thermostat effectively in line with our purple goals. The current A/C system did wonders also for the air quality in the office, leading to fewer cases of people missing tasks due to health problems.
