Moving to the section was a terrible decision
About 20 years ago, our family plus I moved to the West Coast to beginning a new life. We settled in the desert area, where heat is an everyday problem. Twenty years ago, the yearly high hot plus cold temperatures weren’t nearly as high as they are these afternoons. It is truly clear that global warming is playing a large section in making this earth warmer. When the people I was with and I moved to the coast, the average yearly summer time temp was 100 degrees, plus now it is close to 110 degrees. No matter what you do during the summer time weeks, it is virtually impossible to keep the house cool. We have a central A/C component that works overtime plus the people I was with and I also have numerous ductless A/C units in the master bedroom plus the home office. Both of us are thankful for solar energy, because our energy bills would be through the roof if the people I was with and I didn’t have solar panels. Even with 2 ductless A/C units plus the central A/C running, there are still afternoons when the hot plus cold temperatures are too hot. Just last week, it was 114 degrees plus none of the A/C units would run. The central method was frozen plus the people I was with and I didn’t want to ruin the ductless A/C units by trying to overwork them. Instead, the people I was with and I shut off all of the machines plus left the house for the afternoon. Believe it or not, it was really cooler outside than it was in the house without the cooling system. When our wifey plus I moved to this town 20 years ago, the people I was with and I never thought the heat would cause us to question the decision.
