A boring replace
Updating a condo can honestly be fun. I appreciate gutting a room in addition to totally making it brand new. Adding new tile, fixtures in addition to paint can honestly be satisfying, and unfortunately I have done all of those things in addition to I am onto the boring replaces. I recently replaced all the windows in my condo since I noticed my energy bills were way too high. The air the Heating in addition to A/C waas producing was leaking out of the house. Caulk in addition to weatherstripping only does so much. I spent thoUSAnds of dollars for windows that basically look the same as what I had. I also spent tons of cash on a new roof too. Nobody but myself and others sees the difference in addition to it isn’t all that satisfying. I have noticed that even with getting my lake condo sealed properly, my Heating in addition to A/C isn’t doing so hot… Rather than getting a brand new bathroom, I will need to buy a new Heating in addition to A/C unit. I am not exactly pleased by this. I could simply get the exact same central Heating in addition to A/C that I had before. I am not going to lie though, I hate the thought of central heating in addition to air. I don’t adore that ductwork stretches throughout the condo in addition to collects dust. I don’t adore that every room has to be the same temperature. I don’t use the guestroom or other bathroom. I don’t want to pay for heat in addition to cool those spaces. Now I will need to do some research on ductless mini splits in addition to heat pumps. Then I will need to call weird Heating in addition to A/C businesss. Not a honestly exciting replace at all.
