The best offer
I just graduated from Heating & Air Conditioning school recently plus have been looking for a job with a heating plus a/c business.
I have various possibilities available between local plus in the city.
But the thing I am looking for is the best possible job offer. That does not mean just pay. It also means benefits. I don’t want to go work for some heating plus a/c business long term plus have nice pay but no medical benefits. That just doesn’t work for me. Also, a heating plus a/c business that offers benefits is more likely to be a long lasting Heating & Air Conditioning business… Let’s face it, there are several fly by night heating plus a/c suppliers popping up all over the site these days. And this is something I do not want to even get involved in! I need stability if I am going to go plus work for a heating plus a/c business. Otherwise, I may as well just beginning our own heat plus a/c business plus become an independent heating plus a/c supplier. I genuinely do not want that because you never know if you will have business or not, which is why I am looking for the best job offer within a local or in the town heating plus a/c business. I have had 2 job offers so far plus a single of them has relaxing benefits but I am a bit on the defensive about the pay. It’s good, but it could be better. So I may hold out for another job offer. Only time will tell.
