Real estate agent covers up nasty smells

You never know when someone is being honest with you or playing some kind of psychological mind hack. This has been especially pertinent in our recent attempt to find and purchase a new house. For various months the two of us have been looking for a lovely home, and having terrible luck. I finally thought that the two of us had found the perfect home last week.., but until I realized that the residence smells horribly. When the two of us first viewed the property the indoor air quality was amazing. It felt care about they had a high-powered air conditioner method installed for the house, similar to a commercial A/C unit. The air was crisp, clean, and fresh. I did not notice a single odor except for the gentle odor of a particularly nice candle burning in the kitchen. My partner and I were so blown away by the amazing beach house and the awesome Heating and A/C method that the two of us nearly put in an offer on the beach house right then. Thank God the two of us didn’t. We visited the property again 2 days later and we’re shocked by the horrible indoor air quality. The entire beach house smells care about a sewage facility. We truthfully couldn’t figure out what had happened with the indoor air quality and temperature control. That’s when the two of us opened the closet and found a portable air purification device hidden away, and clearly, the realtor knew that nobody would purchase a smelly house, and used secret Heating and A/C to cover the evidence.
