My Brother’s Huge House Needs New Heating as well as Air Conditioning
I have a brother who is 67 years old.
He has a few health complications, but he is not frail by any means.
Nonetheless, he has been talking about selling his lake house for a couple of years. His wifey died a couple of years ago, plus his son moved away, so he was all alone in a lake house that he said was too pressing for him. I easily agreed plus all the people was looking forward to him downsizing. Well, lo plus behold, he did no such thing! He ended up buying a lake house that is even larger! The new lake house is 5700 square feet plus has many family rooms plus 4 lavatorys plus a swimming pool with a heater! I really have no plan what he was thinking!
