I have a sibling who is 67 years old. She has a few health troubles, but she is not frail by any means. Nonetheless, she has been talking about selling her condo for a couple of years. Her partner died a couple of years ago, plus her child moved away, so she was all alone in a condo that she said was too pressing for him. I honestly agreed plus pretty much everyone was looking forward to him downsizing. Well, lo plus behold, she did no such thing! She ended up buying a condo that is even larger! The current condo is 5740 square feet plus has five home offices plus four lavatorys plus a swimming pool with a heater! I truly have no system what she was thinking!
