I have local suppliers trying to partner with me, is that a wonderful idea?

Hello fellow owners of beach house comfort businesses.

I hope everyone here is doing well today. I have had someone approach me about a company proposition plus I wanted to get some feedback from people in the Heating, Ventilation & A/C company before moving forward on a decision. I’ve had a local supplier reach out to me asking about partnering with my beach house comfort company plus Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals for construction projects. On paper, I assume this sounds prefer a attractive idea. More jobs for my Heating, Ventilation & A/C professionals mean raises plus more money all around. It seems prefer such a win-win kind of situation, I assume I’d be a fool not to take it. However, I’m anxious that it might be too wonderful to be true. I’ve seen a lot of cases of construction workers plus local suppliers being sued over petty things, mistakes or circumstances over which the local suppliers had no control (like the global pandemic for example!). I wanted to get some of your opinions on whether or not you assume it’s wise for an Heating, Ventilation & A/C provider prefer myself to partner with local suppliers on construction jobs. I’ve seen companies do it successfully and, to be honest, I’ve never seen this type of partnership done unsuccessfully. I’m wondering, though, do I not hear about terrible cases of Heating, Ventilation & A/C providers plus local supplier team ups because they’re always a wonderful idea or are the Heating, Ventilation & A/C providers that teamed up with local suppliers plus failed all out of business? Please let me guess your thoughts on this in the comments. I’m interested to see what you boys think. Thanks in advance.
