Does the age of my beach house affect my ability to get a smart temperature control?
I have an older home. I prefer my historic beach house because I’m a important history buff plus prefer to assume connected to the past. However, I am also the type of woman who loves modernity plus keeping up with the latest trends. I guess you could describe me as “complex” (flips emo hair out of eyes). Anyway, I’ve been looking at options for my up-to-date Heating, Ventilation & A/C system. I recently upgraded my air conditioner as the seasoned 1 finally killed over. When I upgraded the air conditioner, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional was asking me about upgrading my dial temperature control. Obviously, from the name “dial temperature control”, you can fairly assume that I have an seasoned temperature control. A actually seasoned temperature control. I spoke with the Heating, Ventilation & A/C professional about smart temperature controls plus she said that they are highly advocated . Smart temperature controls will raise plus lower the temperature based on whether or not you are home. They are more efficient plus save people money on their yearly heating plus cooling bills. Smart temperature controls are also genuinely cool because you can change the temperature using your iPhone anywhere in the world (or in your bed if you’re too lazy to get up plus adjust the temperature!). In addition to all of that, smart temperature controls are actually affordable plus simple to install. That sounds pretty great, doesn’t it? I’m sold on a smart temperature control. Here’s my question: will a smart temperature control work in an seasoned house? I guess that sounds a little deranged, but I’ve had a lot of technology not work in the past just because of the reality of living in an historic home.
