Glad I made the decision to transfer on to a better job
I never had such a large complication with our job until there was an issue with the climate control system, but when people started complaining to the boss about the temperature control settings, she said that she would handle the problem, but the thing is, she never did anything as well as the climate control system was becoming worse.
We got to the point where all of us were genuinely perspiring in the office from a complete lack of air conditioner… Of course, this didn’t affect the boss too much because she had a seperate air conditioning system system working in her office! It was genuinely nice as well as comfy in her office as well as she was spending way more time there seperate from everybody else.
I made our final complaint about the climate control system as well as said she promised everybody for over a month that she would do something, as well as that’s when I gave him our 2 weeks notice to leave the job. I ended up going to a bunch of interviews. I was disappointed with a few locales because the temperature control settings weren’t so fantastic at some of these other locales either. I ended up just leaving those locales because I wasn’t going to leave one awful locale for another awful locale, eventually, I found this office building that was perfect as well as the air conditioning system was cranked up. These were our kind of people! The interview was great, as well as before I knew it, I was working in an office doing similar work to what I was doing before. I’m thrilled I made the decision to transfer on.
