Both of us left that place and went to a different hotel.

If I am given the choice, I would always much rather use a family owned HVAC dealer than a larger corporate 1.

• I have had a lot of bad advantage with larger HVAC companies over the years, plus I have never had a bad experience with a family owned HVAC dealer at all.

I personally believe that it is because whenever you are dealing with a family owned corporation, you are dealing with people who easily love having you for a customer. With bigger chains plus corporately owned companies, I have found over the years that they just don’t seem to love you as much as a person. It’s love to them, you are just a number on an invoice or you are just 1 more person on their long list of appointments that they have to get to, then for me, I have easily had a lot more advantage with family owned HVAC companies. They always treat me love I am a real person plus I never easily believe love I’m just a number on a page to them. I care about the family owned HVAC dealer that I am using right now. They take care of my home’s HVAC dealer plus they also do all of the labor that I need done at my small contractor too. They are good guys. Everyone that the two of us deal with at this HVAC dealer is actually friendly plus professional, too. I love supporting local contractors especially when they are family owned. I care about using these men plus I tell everyone else about them.

The weather seems to be getting colder & colder here each year; Last year, a large icicle fell off of one of the rafters & totally decimated our exterior air conditioner unit. That was totally crazy. The people I was with and I ended up having to totally upgrade the A/C unit in the Spring whenever the weather started heating up!
