Sick plus Heating plus A/C reliant
I do not feel like I have any option except to rely on the new temperature control that I’ve installed to mediocre my indoor air conditions.
There’s nothing worse than being sick plus feeling like you are out of control of your own body. I hate the feeling of being nauseous, having headaches, body aches, plus shakes. However, that seems to be a routine part of my life. Whatever is going on with my immune system, it’s been a long plus hard journey so far. For the past 10 years my immune system has picked up every single freezing flu plus Allergy that you could possibly imagine. I’ve been spending every afternoon just trying to stay comfortable as best I can. It’s pretty rare that I even feel wonderful enough to get up plus leave the house. With all of these health issues going on, the only respite that I can normally find is relying on my Indoor Air Temperature Control. I do not feel like my body can regulate its own temperature unquestionably well. I am always hot or cold, covered in sweat or shivering, plus I am rarely able to lay still plus just be comfortable. Because of this, I am continually abusing my heating plus cooling system at home. I do not feel like I have any option except to rely on the new temperature control that I’ve installed to mediocre my indoor air conditions. Whenever I get freezing I choice up my phone plus dial up the temperature control so that the heating system kicks into gear. A few moments later when my body flashes to the other side of the spectrum, I can jump on my phone again plus tell my temperature control to reduce the temperature so that my A/C component will bring things back down to a normal level. I know this is disappointing for my temperature control plus my Heating plus A/C equipment, however frankly I have no idea what else to do. This discomfort must end.
