Setting up near the park
A few years ago my great friend and I moved into this beautiful little neighborhood right next to a major state park, and i easily love our location because I’m able to readily access the beautiful hiking trails that surround the vicinity, but I’ve always been quite confused as to why the neighborhood remains so small and undeveloped.
It seems like dealers don’t want to transfer in here, despite the sizable recreational park, but well, I saw my chance and jumped on it when I opened a brand new barbeque and craft cocktail joint in town, but the model was simple; give unmatched food, service, and comfort, and wait for the park customers to stop by.
The most important aspect of the equation, truthfully, was simply purchasing an amazing cooling system for the location. You see, where my great friend and I live it is constantly tepid and muggy, however every day is shockingly overheated and the air is heavy with moisture. When this outdoor air quality is combined with the recreational activities of our state park, it results in a lot of overheated folks who are far away from the comforts of home. Within five minutes of A/C replacement, the entire building was optimally cool and dry, however now, three months later, our guests are feeling the same way within seconds of stepping into our restaurant! Business is booming!
