Glad my wonderful friend and I saw condo when it was raining out – moisture in lower level
Periodically the world works in mysterious ways, doesn’t it? I mean, it’s pretty difficult to explain things like the coincidental and unlikely way that I met my husband… He got divorced and in financial desperation, moved into the condo component below my best friend! She told me about him often, and asked me to attend a BBQ he was throwing one day so she didn’t have to go alone.
BOOM! After that, I was in a brand new, amazingly cohesive relationship, the same thing can be said for the condo my wonderful friend and I just bought together – thank god my wonderful friend and I happened to view the condo on a certain ly rainy day.
Otherwise my wonderful friend and I never would have known about the need for more Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment throughout the house, but you see, my wonderful friend and I were desperately searching for a new condo together, and found one that looked utterly fantastic… right as our realtor went on holiday… My friend and I happened to secure a showing for the condo on a dark and gloomy day, when the air was tepid and muggy. This wound up working to our advantage, as the condo was really affected by the external air conditions in crucial ways, but for starters, the upper level was insanely tepid and humid, indicating that my wonderful friend and I needed to worry about a new A/C condenser or additional A/C window units. Further, the lower level was really cool and moist, and the muggy air seemed to have settled into the carpeting. The musty smell of mildew and mold let us know that my wonderful friend and I should plan on buying dehumidifying systems, and maybe even an media air purification system, then if my wonderful friend and I had viewed the condo any other day, my wonderful friend and I never would have been able to factor these Heating, Ventilation, and A/C expenses into our offer!
