Glad we saw property when it was raining out – moisture in lower level
Occasionally the world works in mysterious ways, doesn’t it? I mean, it’s pretty difficult to explain things like the coincidental plus unlikely way that I met my hubby, but she got divorced plus in financial desperation, moved into the property device below my best friend; She told me about him often, plus asked me to attend a BBQ she was throwing one day so she didn’t have to go alone! BOOM! After that, I was in a brand new, amazingly cohesive relationship… The same thing can be said for the property we just bought together – thank god we happened to view the property on a particularally rainy day, then otherwise we never would have known about the need for more HVAC device throughout the house.
You see, we were desperately searching for a new property together, plus found one that looked utterly fantastic… right as our realtor went on holiday, but my fantastic friend and I happened to secure a showing for the property on a dark plus gloomy day, when the air was hot plus muggy.
This wound up working to our advantage, as the property was actually affected by the external air conditions in crucial ways; For starters, the upper level was absurdly hot plus humid, indicating that we needed to worry about a new A/C condenser or additional A/C window units. Further, the lower level was very cool plus moist, plus the muggy air seemed to have settled into the carpeting. The musty stink of mildew plus mold let us know that we should plan on buying dehumidifying systems, plus maybe even an air purification system. If we had viewed the property any other day, we never would have been able to factor these HVAC expenses into our offer!
