Taking a fresh air break
When I was hired to labor for my Uncle’s corporation I was excited about the opportunity.
Many people would not like my job because she runs a fish market downtown and they process for many of the local fisherman. It might seem different to you, despite the fact that I actually like the work. I don’t have to kneel behind a desk in some stuffy office and I actually enjoy the people I labor with. My friend and I are a laid back sort of crew and even though the arena is a bit smelly it pays well. I have to say that there aren’t many things I would change about my job. There is one thing that I wish would change however, the ventilation system. I don’t actually mind the smell of fish on most days but while in the Summer it can get quite intense. The Heating and A/C system that is installed in the building is good for keeping the arena freezing but the ventilation system does nothing to upgrade the fresh air. I suppose she just has a official filtration unit but it is no where near powerful enough. During the Spring and Summer when my associate and I have heavy workloads due to more fisherman it can be hard to breathe in there. Some arenas offer their employees smoke breaks, ours offers fresh air breaks. I even welcome the heat of the day for those fifteen minutes of breathing in disinfect air. If my Uncle would just invest in a current ventilation system to clear the air it would make everything about my job perfect. Perhaps I should mention this to him or get him some information from a local Heating and A/C dealer.
