It’s so interesting to be in this period of my life. My kids are now out of the house & off to college. That meant that my partner & I were ready to make some swings of our own. The cost of heating & cooling our house was silly for just two people. That & the fact that my buddy and I were spending much of our free time tied to maintaining the house. So my buddy and I updated the Heating & Air Conditioning equipment & sold the house for a ton of money. No sooner were my buddy and I in our new place which also had the latest in residential Heating & Air Conditioning, my partner’s parents moved down here. There was no discussion of any kind. That came for a visit & bought a condo. My partner didn’t even know that they too had updated their Heating & Air Conditioning component & sold their home. It all came as quite a surprise. The in-laws said they didn’t want to bother us & yet, they moved into practically our backyard. So while I’m no longer actively parenting my children now that they are on their own or still in college, I’m looking after my in-laws. I’m not sure how I got this task. But the other afternoon, my partner called me while I was at work inside the commercial Heating & Air Conditioning office with an urgent request. Her dad was planning to take apart the new Heating & Air Conditioning component because he thought he heard something. I ran over there & showed him the Heating & Air Conditioning warranty. It clearly states that if the Heating & Air Conditioning component is diagnosed by anyone other than an Heating & Air Conditioning professional, the warranty is void. I’m not thinking this is going to end well.
