When I looked up the company online, I was pleasantly surprised by their up-to-date and informational website. There was even a place on the website where I could contact someone directly or chat with an online representative. I thought it was pretty cool and interesting that I could talk with a representative online before I even paid a dollar to the company. I scheduled an appointment a few days after I talked to the lady at the bank and she was right. The heating and cooling company offered great rates and excellent customer service. They also had same day appointments available.
