Mom knew Sam would become a HVAC contractor and business owner

The HVAC company moved from being a small-time town store, to a large HVAC company that handled government projects too

Sam showed his love for HVAC equipment early. While kids his age played with toy cars and video games, he was busy in dad’s workshop and garage looking at old ACs and fans. These things seemed to fascinate him a lot and you would find him attempting to dismantle them. As he got older, he would tag along with dad when he visited his HVAC clients. Since the customer knew and trusted dad, they would allow him and Sam to examine the HVAC systems. My brother’s interest in heating and cooling systems grew so much that he said he wanted to go to college to study this. Although mom was a bit disappointed as she thought he would join her in becoming a medical doctor, she was happy. Apparently she had known that Sam would end up in engineering because of his love for machines. She didn’t know his love for Acs and furnaces was so intense that he opted not to go to the university. After two years of training, Sam came back to join dad in the HVAC business. He had lots of ideas of how they could expand and rebrand the business to accommodate other modern services needed today. In just three years, the impact of Sam’s involvement in dad’s business could be felt. The HVAC company moved from being a small-time town store, to a large HVAC company that handled government projects too. Dad was happy that he could trust someone passionate enough that he planned to retire in two years time. Sam also plans to further his studies in the university after setting up the right measures for the business to run without his direct involvement.
