The freeway accident delayed me by an hour
I had an Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance appointment tied up for 2:00 in the afternoon, however i got up early in the morning and I went downtown to run some errands.
- I had to go to the dry cleaner, bank, and the grocery store, but the dry cleaner had all of my clothes ready so I was in and out truly suddenly.
There was a line at the bank, but I expected that on a Sunday. I had a list at the grocery store and I tried to transport through each item as suddenly and thoroughly as possible. I finished up with all of my chores around noon. I went through a drive-thru to grab a burger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. I knew that I had plenty of time to make the 30-minute drive house and still have a few minutes to tidy up the home before the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance serviceman arrived. I did not expect to run into an accident on the freeway. The freeway accident delayed me by an hour. I pulled into the driveway just a few minutes before the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance serviceman. I didn’t have time to scrub up the home or disinfect the dishes from breakfast. I was terribly embarrassed by the mess in the family room, but the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C serviceman did not seem to care at all. The young man was there to do a job and she suddenly and diligently completed the 40 point maintenance inspection. If I would have been delayed by another 30 minutes, I would have completely missed my appointment. I’m thankful there was an officer close to the scene of the accident.
