Improving my sleep by changing my eating habits & installing an air cleaner

Last evening I read an article in the newspaper about how to eat in order to support better sleep.

It recommended certain foods that are high in melatonin, including tart cherries, oily fish, nuts, milk, & eggs.

It is also recommended not to consume caffeinated products after 2 p.m., to eat the last meal 2-3 hours before hitting the sack & to eat mindfully & without distractions. I do none of these things; I tend to overeat at evening, most of the time just before bed. I always drink a cup of black tea after supper at the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company at around 4 p.m., & I frequently eat quickly without paying too much attention! However, I will try to use the information I have gathered from this article in order to improve my sleeping patterns & be more productive when doing my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech work, then last evening, after reading this, I had a light supper in the train with weather conditions control at least two hours before bed, & this afternoon I woke up feeling more rested & refreshed than I have in a long time. I got up at 11.30 a.m., in fact, & felt like I had just been born again. I need to call the heating & cooling company for them to come & maintenance the cooling system unit, & I also need to do my writing before my partner comes at 14.00 p.m. & I don’t have much time! But I don’t care because I’m cheerful that I finally got some fantastic sleep… The new air cleaner that I have installed is also supporting my sleep by improving the indoor air quality in my living room.
