Buying a heat pump to avoid ductwork installation

When building our forever condo two years ago, my buddy and I didn’t see the need for ductwork.

The heating contractor had already told us my buddy and I could go ductless with a heat pump, & it seemed like a neater task, especially in the basement, which my buddy and I were keen to use for other things apart from random storage space.

That’s how my buddy and I ended up as the only condo without a boiler in the town. The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C tech from the local heating industry shop guided us through picking the best ductless heating unit for our home, & my buddy and I ended up with an air-source one. My associate and I also needed to ensure that our condo reMained well insulated, & with a digital temperature control in location l, our dreams for a ductless condo were realized, and our condo contractor had to choice ideas from numerous sustainable condo designs because my buddy and I needed to maximize how my buddy and I could keep our home hot even on the coldest afternoons during winter. With new heating technology to consider, the contractor was keen to ensure my buddy and I didn’t freeze over in the home if the unit failed. My associate and I are also signed up to access an Heating, Ventilation, & A/C serviceman if my buddy and I ever have an emergency with the heating or cooling through the condo services offered by the heating business. It’s more of a comfort-seeking action, however my buddy and I haven’t needed to use it because our setup has not failed us yet. However, my buddy and I keep new with yearly heating repair to ensure that the unit works optimally, however it takes little work. In our previous home, my buddy and I had endless drama with duct sealing gone wrong after my buddy and I did a self-repair that failed & followed up with the professionals, however it was too late; my buddy and I had to spend money for expansive heating repair.
