A couple of mornings, my husband mentioned that he had woken up to find a small puddle of water near the basement door. Upon further inspection, we realized our air ducts were leaking. It looked as if the sealant on the ductwork had come off. None of us had any idea how to fix the issue. The air conditioning system seemed to function fine, but we did not want to neglect fixing the issue to create a bigger problem. I called the HVAC technicians, who came and did comprehensive HVAC maintenance. They got a special high-quality sealant and fixed the vents. They then changed the AC filter to improve the air quality in the house. My husband mentioned that we did not need a new HVAC unit since he had organized an air conditioner installation when the kids and I visited mum last summer. When our previous unit failed from being old, my husband received outstanding home services from the local HVAC company and fit in a new unit, different from the previous brand. The a/c workers had once again provided help with indoor comfort. The kids and I made the experts lemonade which they enjoyed after work. I then thought because the temperatures had increased, we would blow up the garden pool and let the kids enjoy a swim before dinner. The HVAC professional showed me how to change the filters so that I would change them in the next three months.
