I could not believe how cold it got out there during the wintertime
They have a little propane heating system in the guest cabin outside of my aunt and uncle’s house. When we first went there to visit a couple of years ago, I was so excited that they had this guest cabin outside! It was perfect for me and my two daughters to stay in while we were visiting their house. It was going to save us a whole lot of money because we did not want to have to spend a fortune at a hotel while we were there visiting. We were there in the summer that first time, though, and the heating situation didn’t really matter at that point. The only thing that I was concerned about then was that there was an air conditioning system in the little guest house. Of course, there wasn’t any central air conditioning out there, but there was a window air conditioning unit and that did the trick. It wasn’t super cold in the cabin, but it was cold enough that we were able to feel comfortable during the hot summer nights while we were there. This time when we went out to visit, it was in the winter and it was a totally different story. I could not believe how cold it got out there during the wintertime. The temperature was in the single digits and I thought that we were going to freeze to death out in the guest cabin for sure. However, then I found out that my aunt and uncle had put in a little propane heating system in the guest cabin and that fixed everything.
