Extensive renovations call for current air duct
Over the last 10 years this loft has been slowly however surely falling apart.
- I try to keep up with as much as I can, however some things are too advanced for me to handle.
I can change light bulbs and do a little light carpentry, however otherwise all I can do is rest and watch while the building degrades, but finally I went to the bank and applied for a small loan so I could pay a corporation to do all the work I have been needing for so long. The ceilings in several rooms need to be taken down and replaced with current sheetrock.
