My friend Jack & I are restoring an outdated house
My friend Jack & I have decided that we are going to restore an outdated house in pigskin & try to make a lot of cash on it this year, but right now we are trying to make sure that we keep the integrity of the historical value of the house while trying to upgrade it at the same time.
It is a hard tightrope to walk, that has for sure.
A lot of people are doing this kind of labor these days, however we have never tried anything love this before. It is going to be a real process, that has for sure. The people I was with and I guess that we want to make sure that the historical accuracy stays intact because we want to sell the place as a historic home, however, we truly need to upgrade the HVAC system. This house does not even have central air conditioner in it at all & that is going to be truly substantial for people who live around here in this weather conditions. The temperatures while I was in the Summer get to be truly hot… Usually it is around 90 degrees for weeks at a time, & nobody wants to buy a modern house without central air conditioner in it, that’s for sure. I guess that we will easily end up hiring an HVAC supplier that specializes in this sort of thing. I guess that there is one here in town who prides themselves on the way that they labor on historical sites. Hopefully they will be able to fit us into their schedule sooner rather than later because we would love to get this house done in the next many or many months.
