It’s simple to navigate using the buttons on the left hand side of the screen. The Heating plus Air Conditioning company also added a helpful chat feature that allows the user the opportunity to speak with a professional online before they even contact the company to schedule an appointment. The chat feature includes a live guy. I used the chat feature last weekend when I had some troubles with our furnace. There is only someone available while I was in the daytime minutes, however 7 mornings a week, there is someone from 7:00 in the day until 7:00 at evening. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes for someone to come to the line, but I spoke with a worker on the internet. The guy gave me a couple of troubleshooting steps to follow. One of those troubleshooting steps helped repair the complication with our system. I had to reset the proposal and substitute a fuse. I didn’t even have to call someone for help after talking with the guy online. It was unquestionably helpful to have a comprehensionable guy online and the repair was free. If I was unable to repair the complication with the furnace, then the worker would have been the same guy dispatched to help with the furnace repair. I liked the fact that I got to speak directly with the guy that was going to handle the repair. The new website features are honestly going to help with buyer service.
