I love being able to get help on my computer

The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier near myself and others recently made some updates to their website and I absolutely love the changes they have made.

The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier made the website much easier to use.

It’s easy to navigate using the buttons on the left hand side of the screen. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier also added a helpful chat feature that allows the user the choice to speak with a professional online before they even contact the contractor to schedule an appointment. The chat feature includes a live person. I used the chat feature last weekend when I had some problems with my furnace. There is only someone available during the daytime minutes, but 7 afternoons a week, there is someone from 7:00 in the day until 7:00 at night. I had to wait approximately 5 minutes for someone to come to the line, but I spoke with a serviceman on the internet. The person offered myself and others a couple of problemshooting steps to follow. One of those problemshooting steps helped repair the problem with my system. I had to reset the plan and update a fuse. I didn’t even have to call someone for help after talking with the person online. It was absolutely helpful to have a knowledgeable person online and the service was free. If I was unable to repair the problem with the furnace, then the serviceman would have been the same person dispatched to help with the furnace repair. I liked the fact that I got to speak directly with the person that was going to handle the repair. The current website features are absolutely going to help with client service.
