The bank needed an Heating and A/C serviceman they could rely on.
I had learn that the local bank was robbed 2 mornings ago, by their Heating and A/C serviceman. I could not think an Heating and A/C serviceman would be that dishonest, but you never know, then they were talking to the local Heating and A/C company and said they wanted an Heating and A/C serviceman they could trust. The owner of the company asked my partner if he would be interested in being the Heating and A/C serviceman for the bank. My partner knew the person they were trying to put in jail for the robbery, and he knew he would not have done such a thing. My partner refused the task, but the Heating and A/C company owner was insistent. He said they needed an Heating and A/C serviceman they could trust. After almost an hour of begging, my partner relented, however he said he had a condition. They would need to do a thorough investigation into the robbery. He knew his neighbor and he would never be that dishonest. He said they had to find who absolutely stole the money before they tried to blame him for the next theft. Three weeks later, the Heating and A/C company owner found out that one of the tellers had taken the money and blamed it on the Heating and A/C serviceman. He was exonerated for all charges, however he refused their apology. He siad he would not work for the bank again, and he was going to talk to his friend, who was now handling their Heating and A/C account.He didn’t want to see his friend, their present Heating and A/C serviceman get blamed the next time something happened. My partner told the owner of the Heating and A/C company he would not work for them any longer.
