My first HVAC system in my first restaurant, which would be a chain of many

As winter rolls around the corner, it brings me memories of my first winter at the first restaurant I opened.

I now have a chain of 17 restaurants sprawled all around the state.

My dad had referred me to a local HVAC company where I got help with indoor comfort from the HVAC technicians. The professional recommended I get a heat pump that would provide quality heating to the small restaurant. It would comfortably seat twelve customers, plus the kitchen and the ten staff. I was nervous about the grand opening and hoped people would come out to experience a taste of magic on the taste palettes. My team and I worked around the clock to ensure we had the right HVAC equipment going into winter. I wanted my customers to feel at home with quality indoor comfort. I had spent a lot preparing the place. Fortunately, the business was offering financial assistance to purchase the HVAC system. The professionals were very knowledgeable and knew more about heating. They were prompt, well-coordinated, and efficient. The installation process took less than three hours. I was comparing the unit’s efficiency in my restaurant and the furnace at home. The former was more efficient because of its cooling ability. With regular heat pump service, my system worked for another ten years until I relocated the restaurant to a different building. Many HVAC repairmen have reiterated the importance of HVAC maintenance as it reduces furnace/heater repair costs. You can also cut costs by changing the furnace filters independently. Because the weather is different in various parts of the state, I have other HVAC devices in different restaurants. I am very keen when it comes to caring for this worthwhile investment.
