Looking for inspiration around me
As a creative person, I am always looking for inspiration around me.
I like to try and write in my spare time, but sometimes it can be difficult.
It sometimes feels like I have a creative block and I have to look around me for some inspiration. Well, when I was out enjoying a long walk, I ended up finding the inspiration I was looking for. During the walk, I was enjoying the sweet nature scenes around me, and as beautiful as it was, I had seen it before, so it didn’t really inspire anything in me. That is when I got to talking to a guy who was walking his dog. I noticed his dog was one of my favorite breeds and so I intended to only chat for a few minutes. He mentioned he was a HVAC business owner. I could tell he was really proud of his heating and air conditioning company. He told me 40 years ago, he started as a HVAC specialist and worked his way up. He talked about all of the people he meant, and all of the things he learned, and the simple pleasure of working on repairing A/C machines. You would think the repetitive action of repairing HVAC devices would get boring, but not for him. He talked so passionately about his air conditioning company, I loved to hear him talk about it. It had been a while since I saw anyone so passionate about anything. I ended up drawing my inspiration from him, since he accomplished his dream, and I was still so far away from mine. I wanted to be like him.
