Keeping warm back in the day was much different
The other day when I was enjoying myself on the patio, I had a thought. The fall showers had started around noon and were still at it, so I made the choice to turn on the heat pump, get myself a root beer and sit on my patio to watch the rain. I could genuinely feel the quality heating from our HVAC machine from the terrace. I began to ponder what our ancestors would say or how they would easily feel about the Heating and A/C systems in our lives these days. They had no such Heating and A/C machines, yet the weather had the same seasons. I wondered how they were able to stay warm! Since we now depend on technology to make our lives easier, I went on the internet to do a little digging. The early man wore bear fur or skin and other critter skin to keep warm. I felt severely chilly, so I used our telephone to change the temperature to absolutely feel warmer. I must wonder how my ancestors would feel about relying on technical innovation for warmth? Hundreds of Heating and A/C companies in the state were making plenty of cash from offering help with indoor comfort and jobs to the young people who knew more about heating. The customer needed to access an efficient HVAC machine. The Heating and A/C suppliers would give quality units, Heating and A/C maintenance, furnace/heater repairs, and tips on how and when to change your furnace filters. My ancestors would be ecstatic because it had all come back full circle, people needed quality indoor comfort, and the young people benefitted immensely from providing such services. They could easily feed their families and power the heating machines in their homes for indoor comfort. I snapped back to reality when I was able to recall I had to schedule a visit from our Heating and A/C repairman for heat pump service.
