We’re back to being hosts with HVAC upgrade
For sure, I have nothing on people like my sister who takes hosting to a full on pro level.
Still, it sure is nice to be hosting things again at our house and without embarrassment.
I think for my sister, the big thing with hosting is just to show off their money. I don’t think her husband could care less for all the social stuff. It appears he just wants to kind of sit in the air conditioning and read the financial times. However, my sister is just a regular social butterfly and there’s always some sort of function inside their home. It’s a really, really nice home with lots of great quality heating and air. Her place has state of the art residential HVAC that’s for sure. There’s a great big gas furnace as well as the best heat pump money can buy. So there is always a dinner party at my sister’s. I sure am liking the dinner party these days myself and I’m glad to be able to do that again. The heat pump would get overwhelmed when we had too many people during the peak heating of summer. Where we live, if you’re having a dinner party in the summer, it comes with plenty of HVAC cooling. Thankfully, all that’s changed now since we upgraded the HVAC equipment. The new residential HVAC is just the best. We even have a smart thermostat which takes care of all the heating and cooling output. But my favorite part of the new HVAC technology is the zone controlled HVAC. That HVAC technology comes in particularly handy when I’m having guests.
