The old boiler plan lasted for the longest time
Something that I truly enjoyed about our old boiler plan was how long it lasted.
We have been living in this up-to-date home for over a decade, plus the boiler plan still worked just fine.
The thing is, our fiance plus I were uneasy about the energy expenses. We agreed that it would be nice to have something more energy efficient. We figured that the boiler had an AFUE rating of 50 or so. We were hoping to have something that was far more efficient. I mean, the boiler offered excellent comfort, but the utility bills seemed to be on the rise in recent years. So both of us consulted with an HVAC professional to see what kind of boiler both of us could go for. He talked about combi boilers a lot plus how both of us could have our boiling water supplied plus perfect heating with an AFUE rating of 95 or so. That truly seemed energy efficient, but I was curious about how long the boiler would last. Most up-to-date boilers could not be guaranteed to last longer than 25 years, but there was a absolutely nice boiler he said that came in cast iron plus lasted for around 40 or better. That’s what I wanted. I didn’t even care that it was so costly, it was also a combi boiler, plus a absolutely advanced genre of system. I truly enjoyed the controls too. Since having the up-to-date combi boiler installed, both of us have been able to get rid of the old water heater. Our boiling water supply is enjoyable now, plus the energy efficiency of this up-to-date boiler plan is outstanding.
