Ended up talking to the HVAC pro about the best up-to-date HVAC for our needs
When I had an HVAC professional come out to tune up our furnace, I asked him to take a seat in the living room for a hour.
He seemed confused at first, but I told him I wanted to talk about potentially getting a up-to-date furnace! First he said, he would have to check our up-to-date HVAC to guess what would be best for the home.
So both of us checked the HVAC absolutely rapidly plus then he had a seat in the living room. He said I had a nice basement plus I told him I was planning on finishing it. I thought it would be enjoyable to have it sectioned off with a few unusual living rooms, plus I figured that I could even have a space with a filmplex. When I spoke about all that, he said that in the future when it was finished, it would be perfect to have a ductless multi-split system. He said that I could even get a plan early on before the basement was finished, plus after that I could add more zones to the plan later on. He said he proposed an 8 zone plan running off a single condenser unit. I was surprised plus asked him if that was truly possible. He explained there were some highly advanced heat pumps on the market, plus the technology was only continuing to improve. He even explained to myself and others that he could get myself and others a nice plan with built-in air purification, but on top of that, the plan would use HEPA filters, for superior air quality in our home. This plan sounded too enjoyable to pass up, so I made arrangements for a up-to-date install right away!
