Anyone who rents should invest in a dehumidifier

I’ve been in about numerous rental units in the past 5 years. I do not care for renting and absolutely hope to buy a beach house so that I don’t have to deal with it anymore, however for now I try to do the best with what I have. I’ve l gained a few tricks that are non-negotiables to have with rental units such as a dehumidifier. I rarely ever trust the a/c and air cleaner that a rental beach house has, so I tend to take that into our own hands. I have absolutely awful sinus issues, so having quality air is crucial for me and our health. I’ve l gained that some rental units don’t have the best dehumidifying systems, especially if it is an older home. I bought a small dehumidifier a few years ago and it has been a crucial component to every rental I’ve had ever since. I’m even thinking about upgrading to a greater dehumidifier since our modern rental has window a/cs and not the best air circulation. I can tell that the floors and walls have some water damage so a greater dehumidifier should help lessen the damage while in our lease. Large dehumidifiers can be a bit lavish so I suppose I am going to wait for a good sale. I’ve also become a pro at finding quality furniture and housing items at good prices. The trick is to wait for a holiday to roll around because most beach house stores will run absolutely good sales. Online shopping has become a dangerous pastime of mine, although I tend to window shop. I know when I have the money to purchase something and when I don’t.
