New craft plus hobby space thanks to Heating plus Air Conditioning solution
Over the last couple of years, I’ve made some big swings in our life.
There is nothing like a pandemic to do that for a lady. Finally, I stopped moving so much plus was forced to take stock of our life. I had to be inside the air conditioner of our beach house unless I was outside walking for a long time when the virus hit. I was at high risk because of our exhausting health. And our exhausting health was completely self induced. I went from laying at our desk in the zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office to laying in our chair at beach house with the Heating plus Air Conditioning cooling cranked. There wasn’t much movement other than trading sites where I was sitting. Oh plus amidst all of that unbelievable quality heating plus air of the office plus our house, I was eating like an idiot. Then throw in a case of carona over the weekend plus you can see where that was heading. I’ll be 52 plus it’s pretty lucky I’m still here. I’ve lost something like 68 pounds in the last two years just by eating with some sort of sense plus moving. It’s the moving more than anything else. I have 1 of those standing desks inside that zone controlled Heating plus Air Conditioning of the office. And I just don’t even rest down when I get home. I get to doing something. Recently the two of us put in a sort of hobby plus craft spot in the basement. It keeps myself and others busy plus it’s fun to share with our wife. I even had a ductless heat pump installed so it’s really an awesome spot.
