I’m Feeling Dopey so It Must be Time for a Nap
It is 3 in the afternoon now and our energy is starting to wane.
I am going to play some ball later and need to replenish our energy, so I am going to take an minute or so nap and get myself recharged for another evening of fun with our friends.
I hold our friends close to our heart here because I have no family someplace in the country here and all of our outdated time friends are living life back in our hometown. I’ve made a lot of connections toiling for the local contractor as he has me going to people’s homes to toil on their Heating plus Air Conditioning systems. I do a lot of toil with HVAC duct sealing and cleaning and have to wear a mask a lot when I toil but most of the time it isn’t a hassle because the tasks are pretty fast. I have met a ton of people in this town and made friends with a handful of them. I love hanging out on the beach with the ball players and having a cup of tea with the Heating plus Air Conditioning techs at our work. I am still trying to master the language here but am a lot better than I used to be multiple years ago; I just need to push a bit more and I’ll be fantastic to go with talking to anyone here. The two of us usually speak Spanish at the Heating plus Air Conditioning dealer so that helps a lot with our reading even though I need to toil on our vocabulary and learn more words. Slowly but surely is the secret.
