Full & Happy & Cooling off with Some Cold AC
I am sporadically afraid that I won’t be able to afford our flat, however it always seems to labor out each month with paying the mortgage & utilities.
I could always get a roommate if things got tough, which would split our utility bills down to under $1000. I could certainly live for a year on our savings if I had a roommate & no income, but I always seem to find a way to make cash if another source dries up. There are a million tasks online, including this 1 where I write for air conditioner companies about smart thermostats & ductwork cleaning. There are a lot of other writing tasks online but I appreciate writing about the HVAC industry as I have spent many years working in the field. I mainly did repair tasks for shoppers & a little bit of stocking the shelves when I began many years ago. I just lost a lot of cash in the stock market & am distraught that I will never get it back. It’s become a big challenge for me to see if I can regain what I lost. I wanted to buy a new HVAC system for our flat when I got the cash a few months ago however decided to invest it & try to double it. Well, that didn’t labor out as planned & I ended up losing 90% of it as of now. I recognize the new heating & cooling system is going to have to wait till the market bounces back, which hopefully will be sooner than later.
